Palimex is one of the leaders in Italy in the distribution of pumpkin puree.
Our pumpkin puree is made with the Butternut variety. To produce it the pumpkins are peeled and their seeds removed, and then concentrated in an aseptic environment with a natural brix of 20/22°;
The finished product is suitable for the production of soups, creams, fillings for pasta.
FROZEN VEGETABLES:
garlic, onion, carrot, celery, zucchini, aubergines, peppers, potatoes, peas, spinach, natural or semi-dried cherry tomatoes, porcini mushrooms, mixed mushrooms, champignon mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower.
Possibility of having grilled or pre-fried products.
DRIED VEGETABLES:
tomatoes, round or long
VEGETABLES IN BRINE:
olives, capers, champignon mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, cultivated mushrooms.
