Origin and variety
We offer the violet variety of artichoke, selected for its excellent organoleptic properties. It is grown in the fertile area of the Nile Delta, a region with particularly favorable climatic conditions for winter vegetable cultivation. Thanks to our long-standing collaboration with a local partner, we have transferred the technical know-how necessary to achieve a quality that matches—and sometimes exceeds—that of European-grown artichokes, while maintaining a significant economic advantage.
Seasonality
Our artichokes are grown following the natural seasonal cycle of the region of origin, with harvests concentrated between November and March. This timing ensures a product grown in ideal conditions, with a high heart yield and a compact structure—perfect for industrial processing.

We offer two main preservation methods, each suited to different production needs:
Frozen artichokes
The frozen product preserves the color, texture, and flavor, maintaining all nutritional properties. It is the ideal choice for those seeking a natural base for further processing or use in ready meals, catering, gastronomy, and mass food service.
Artichokes in brine
The brined product is particularly suited for canning companies. It is ideal for processing into marinated artichokes, mixed appetizers, or gourmet toppings. Brining helps retain the compact structure of the artichoke and simplifies further processing.
